During her 15 years of e-commerce experience gained in Poland, UK and France. Gosia's focus has been primarily on retail. Apart from being able to design a go-to-market and growth strategies for her clients, she has also advised on software selection and digital marketing. For 7 years she was also managing her own e-commerce venture which she built from scratch to an internationally-recognized brand. She holds an MA in sociology from Jagiellonian University (2010) which has been particularly useful during strategic processes aimed at introducing and/or growing clients' businesses.
Gosia has worked mostly with mid-sized businesses and startups coming from a variety of industries, incl. consumer electronics, sports, luxury fashion, travel, performance apps, recycling, cosmetics and interior design.
Some of her most interesting assignments include creating an e-commerce sales and marketing strategy for a secondhand fashion market leader in Poland, based on an online store with PWA version. She was responsible for leading workshops designed to source all necessary information and identify synergies, working with IT department to identify the right technological solution and creating a brand and marketing strategy in co-operation with the marketing department. She was also responsible for leading the digital transformation of a B2B2C part of Polish branch of an international cosmetics company. In collaboration with the company's global HQ she helped translating the company strengths into the local market as well as oversaw its implementation. For over 3 years she served as E-commerce and Digital Marketing director for Poland's biggest distributor of consumer electronics, having reinvented their B2C e-commerce sales channel (the team, the KPIs, the UX, the technology behind it, the marketing strategy).
Her strongest point is relentless curiosity and a can-do attitude which leads her to successfully finding the right solution to clients' business problems.
