Paweł is a technology advisor and full-stack developer who specializes in C# and front-end technologies. He has extensive experience delivering successful projects, from large enterprise platforms to smaller applications and websites, always catered to meet clients’ needs. He works with clients to meet their original requests and collaboratively find and implement solutions that fit actual needs best.
Since joining NoA Ignite (formerly Making Waves) in February 2018, Paweł has been working on the FIFA Guest Communication project, a tool to manage the travel plans of FIFA Guests. Before this job, Paweł spent four years working on a project for BP, designing and implementing a request management platform. He worked on multiple platform components, contributing to a tool to coordinate requests and decisions amongst multi-level leaders worldwide. The system was responsible for managing human resources, value requests, and day-to-day operations. Paweł also developed tools to expedite and simplify international communication within the company.
As an experienced software specialist, Paweł is always fully involved in many aspects of the development process. Firstly, he listens to the original needs and offers insight into future functionalities. He continues the dialogue with the client to assess further their needs, based on the current stage of the project and the upcoming work. Solutions are developed while communicating with the client to adapt to evolving needs and ideas along the way. He works closely with the rest of the development team throughout the process to provide the most efficient and attractive solutions that are more than worth the client’s investment.
