At NoA, Szymon is a committed consultant, and his day-to-day involves working on strategy and design. He covers the entire process, from initial kick-off meetings and strategy workshops to flow and interaction design. He has been a research and design lead as well as project manager for successful large-scale projects for Lundbeck, Jotun, and Windsim.
During his career, Szymon has worked as an account director for some of the world’s best-known brands, including Danone, Phillips, and Colgate Palmolive. His digital and ATL campaigns ranged from newsletters and banner campaigns to website overhauls and TV commercials. His team's hard work for Phillips paid off when they won not one but two EFFIE awards.
His career then shifted toward an emerging niche, User Experience. His work involved heading complex content strategies paired with functional visual and technical solutions to achieve business goals and satisfy user needs.
